RAAD is searching for a talented and design oriented Architect in the New York area. We are a boutique firm with new projects coming in at a rapid pace. Experience with High-End modern design from concept to construction is critical. Each person in our office is solely responsible for multiple projects so experience handling multiple projects at once is preferred.
Candidates should posses the following:
- 3-5 years of experience at a small or boutique Architectural or Interior Design firm.

We are seeking architects with a minimum of 3 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit, preferably for projects of mid-to-large scale. Note: Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their Revit experience.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree with 3+ years of experience in practicing architecture
- 3+ years of experience with Revit.
- Revit experience in coordinating files, developing families, improving workflow and troubleshooting.
- Experience and desire to develop/control/maintain office Revit standards a plus.
- Advanced 3D modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines.

International Architects Atelier's Kansas City office is looking for a Project Architect with conceptual design talent and extensive building experience. Candidates should have experience in developing client relationships, leading and mentoring a team, and completing extremely high quality work.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Architecture is preferred.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in all phases of design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, and site supervision.
- Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills are required.
- Highly developed skills in project management, client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Demonstrate significant involvement in realized projects (include description of role and job duties for each project on resume).
- Hands-on approach.
- Self-disciplined and confident.
- Licensed Architect is preferred.
- LEED accreditation is preferred.
