WASA/Studio-A, Greenwich Village based innovative A&E firm has opening for a Project Architect with a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of NYC project related experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in REVIT and LEED certified is a plus. Technically competent and knowledgeable of building codes. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work hand in hand with Partner in Charge (PIC) and Project Manager (PM) to ensure timely progression and qualitative aspects of the work.
- Present pertinent project information to community groups and other organizations on behalf of WASA.
- Attend meetings with project staff, consultants and the construction team when required.
- Assist the PM in accruement of information necessary to define the scope of the work, including organizing and conducting field surveys, client interviews, producing reports and sketches.
- Coordinate work of the staff, engineering consultants, and design consultants to ensure that the design objectives are being met.
- Review contractor’s shop drawings.

Alloy Development is currently seeking a junior designer with 2-3 years of experience in drafting, production, and visualization skills for design oriented development projects in NY. Applicants must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and refined, sophisticated design skills along with a fundamental understanding of the economic factors that influence real estate development. The applicant must be task/goal oriented and capable of operating within a larger team to achieve time sensitive tasks on a daily basis. This employee will participate with the principals of the company on a daily basis. Fluency in AutoCAD 2012+, Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino is mandatory.

One of the leading Chinese Architectural firm is looking to build an international team based at their head office in Guangzhou. They have asked us to look for a lead senior landscape architect with at least 6 yrs experience to join their Landscape department, you will be a core member of their 50+ team working on commercial, public and mixed-use projects.
You will lead the team from Master planning to detail design, this Senior Landscape Architect role will be client facing, be excellent at communication and has a natural ability to lead and create great designs. Mandarin is not a pre-requisite, but you need to have the appreciation for Chinese culture/history, and be able to envision design/concepts with great detail.
The Senior Landscape architect role requires someone who is confident in using AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be advantageous.
