Dtank Inc, located in Burbank CA, is looking for a highly motivated, skilled designer to join our team of diverse and dedicated creative professionals. We are seeking exceptional talent that is eager to grow and contribute to an evolving field that encompasses creative spaces, retail and hospitality furniture projects throughout the nation.
The Designer will work closely with the Creative Director to design, coordinate and integrate furnishings, graphics and media concepts into the overall physical needs of the space. In addition, the Designer will play a key role in developing products from concept to completion.
Specific requirements:
- Candidate needs to have experience designing interiors, environments and fixtures.
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Environmental Design or equivalent work experience.
- Must be Proficient in Sketch-up Pro -Minimum 2-3 years’ experience, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior or exhibit design or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Proven experience in multiple phases of the design process, including conceptualization and design development.
- Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials standards as related to furniture or exhibit design.

OBRA Architects is seeking a Mandarin and English speaking professional committed to architectural quality able to take on key responsibilities within a growing practice and an intense office environment. This position is for our Beijing office. The candidate should be able to move fluently between design and construction phases and handle multiple projects of various size and complexity.
Strong detailing abilities an absolute requirement, please include specific descriptions of detailing & construction experience in your submitted materials.
Understanding of international construction standards and experience with construction & project management a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
Candidate must have the following requirements:
- 5 years Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
- Experience in project management a plus.
- Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills.
- Understanding of client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (any additional language is a plus).
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined in an intense collaborative studio environment, ability to organize, encourage and lead project teams.
- Licensed Architect / LEED accreditation a plus.

TFF Architects is a small and busy practice in Vauxhall, London, specialising in high-end residential development and private client houses.
You will ideally have several years post part III experience in a design led practice, and will be proficient in the use of Vectorworks. You will also have a thorough knowledge of detailing, and some experience of project running, contract administration and site work. Experience in small to medium size complex projects and working with existing buildings would be beneficial.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Salary is negotiable according to skills and experience.

Busy, creative design firm with offices in Culver City and Santa Barbara seeking B.Arch or M.Arch graduate with 10+ years of experience, preferably in contemporary, small scale commercial and high end residential design. We can offer the right person a great opportunity to design, manage, and lead in a firm that strives for design excellence. Excellent AutoCAD skills are required. Revit knowledge is a plus as we are currently moving to it as our standard platform. CA Licensure required.
