Candidate must be highly proficient in AutoCAD, version 2008 and higher, and must possess knowledge of local codes, including ADA and Title 24. Must have a minimum three years of experience in hospitality, commercial, or retail industries, with an interior design firm. Prefer degree in interior design or related field. Verbal, written, and visual communication skills must be outstanding, and the applicant must have the ability to work independently as well as in close team relationships.
We are looking for a candidate that is proactive, creative, and wants to join a passionate team of professionals. Must be able to produce a full set of construction drawings for both new construction and remodels, and work with multiple XREFs, while utilizing 2D and 3D computer software. Responsibilities will include millwork details, design, construction administration, selection of materials, finishes, and specification writing. Must be strong in design documentation and client communication. The right candidate should be particularly familiar with construction and interior design and its relationships to other trades, and work well with other consultants. Knowledge of IT and the ability to assist in installation and set-up of computers, or installing software a plus.
Candidate must be energetic and highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Must be able to handle a large volume of multiple projects at once with a very high attention to detail. Working well with our designers is essential.

Mid-sized full-service design firm is seeking a Landscape Architect with a minimum of 10 years active experience to join our team for a position in Beijing, China or Las Vegas, NV. This person will be the design lead on multiple projects, supervise supportive staff, and participate in client interaction and design presentations.
Position requires a candidate experienced in conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and material selection. The firm has a diversified mix of commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in all phases of landscape architecture. Research, site analysis, and production of drawing sets and presentation packages are also required. BLA or MLA from an accredited university is required. Excellent verbal and graphic communications skills are required. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines are necessary. Proficiency in conceptualization, hand sketching, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite are desired. The ability to speak Mandarin is desirable, but not required. Excellent salary and bonus will be provided based on skill and performance.
