Mid-Level Architect: 5 to 10 years of experience
Candidate should have experience in all phases of design, including: Concept, DD, CD’s & CA. Licensure is required. Candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have knowledge of BIM (Revit and Bentley Architecture). Interest in business development is desired.
Junior Architect: 2 to 4 years of experience
Candidate should have experience in concept design and preparation of construction drawings. Bentley Microstation experience is a plus. BIM project experience (Bentley Architecture and/or Revit), Adobe Suite and Rendering Programs such as 3D Max and Rhino are required.

Medium-sized architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Renderer/Designer with specialization in rendering and visualization. The position requires excellent design skill and will provide the opportunity to participate in the creation of design and presentation renderings during the SD-DD stages of the project. The best candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for environmental stewardship and will be able to capture the vision of our firm.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years professional experience.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
- Excellent 3D Studio Max modeling and V-Ray rendering skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe CS Suite required; Revit and SketchUp a plus.
- Experience working on all phases of design.
- Strong creative skills and technical background.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic and communication skills.

As a result of an increasing workload in a variety of sectors Oxford Architects LLP has a requirement for a number of Architects and Architectural Assistants in the Oxford office to take major roles on challenging projects.
Skills:
Applicants would ideally have experience of 3D Microstation, BIM using Bentley AECOsim, and Healthcare projects in particular mental healthcare, and need to be able to work well in team situations and individually.
Experience of the preparation of works packages, NBS specification writing and detail design are essential. Applicants need to be flexible and able to work on a variety of projects including school, residential, transport, mental healthcare and commercial projects and to possess good design and presentation skills.

This world-renowned multi-award winning design practice is experiencing continued success throughout a number of sectors and regions working on major high profile large-scale schemes.
They are urgently seeking an individual, preferably a senior Interior Designer with extensive experience in hotel design who is experienced in leading Interior Packages through all project phases. Good 2D Autocad software skills are required, flexibility to relocate to China in later project stages requested. You will be working on a major commercial scheme in the Far East joining an established team so you must have the ability to integrate well into a tight-knit project team.
This is an urgent vacancy within a worldwide design firm so previous international project exposure would be advantageous. Chinese speaking candidates would be a benefit.
