Looney Ricks Kiss is a nationally recognized design firm built around a collaborative team of architects, urban designers, planners, interior designers, and environmental graphic designers who believe that great places are created through the integration of all these disciplines.

LRK is currently seeking a Designer to join our team in Celebration, FL who will primarily work on single family residential projects. This person will be a key contributor to the development of the design throughout the architectural process. The successful candidate will be part of a team leading the design efforts. The ideal candidate will manage the design effort and provide training and guidance to the team.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years related experience with a strong design portfolio. Single family residential experience required, multi-family residential preferred. Must be able to effectively communicate design, whether by hand or computer generated. Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, other 3D illustrating programs skills preferred. Demonstrated problem solving skills and excellent client management skills required. Professional degree required and registration is preferred.

An experienced Urban Designer is required to join a successful team of designers and planners in Cardiff. You will be joining a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that boasts projects across the globe.

After an increase in their workload, my client is seeking a Senior Urban Designer to contribute to, and lead, a variety of challenging and complex projects. The successful Urban Designer will be joining a market-leading team that works at the forefront of design, economic and development planning. Adopting a multi-disciplinary approach means you will be working with ecologists, planners and architects to offer innovative solutions to an array of complex projects.

The ideal Senior Urban Designer will hold a good first degree in Architecture, or similar discipline, and a postgraduate masters or diploma in Urban Design. Membership of a professional body will be advantageous, notably RTPI, RIBA or LI.

Previous experience of contributing to substantial urban design and master-planning projects is necessary, whilst experience of leading similar projects from inception to completion will prove highly beneficial. The Senior Urban Designer will demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative and effectively as part of a team.

You will be responsible for contributing to, and leading, small and large scale projects which will embody the principles of sustainability, creativity and be of high-quality. Supervising the day-to-day activities of junior team members will be necessary, as will mentoring them to ensure their continued development, as well as your own.

The Senior Urban Designer will manage the flow of information, problems, correspondence and queries put forward by clients, liaising closely with them to ensure quality advice is given and high-quality results are delivered.

Workshop/APD, an award-winning design firm based in New York City, is looking for talented Architect to join their team.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Design of residential projects (with a focus on wood frame construction).
- Involvement in all phases of the design/documentation.
- Computer modeling and rendering.
- Construction document preparation.

Applicants should have previous high-end residential experience and demonstrate proficient knowledge of residential wood frame construction methods. Candidates should also demonstrate good digital modeling and rendering abilities and competent use of all architectural design programs.

Specific required qualifications:

- AutoCAD 2004 or higher.
- 3D Studio Max (requirement).
- All Adobe programs.
- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 3+ years office experience (should be able to showcase finished/built work).

Candidates should be prepared to present their portfolio of work. This is a full-time position. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
