Full time intermediate architect position open. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years working experience, high proficiency in 3D visualization tools and AutoCAD drafting/documentation. Construction Documentation experience a must. Prior experience on museums and high rise towers a plus. Experience and understanding of parametric design tools a plus. Some Construction Administration possible depending on level of experience.
OLI is a young architecture practice specializing in civic and institutional projects around the world. OLI espouses a culture of open collaboration with an eye not only to the theoretical conceptualization of each individual project, but equal care in the discipline of construction methodologies and the built environment.

Project Architect to work on and oversee large Hospitality and Commercial projects, may entail some High-end residential. Must be able to work with and lead a team.
Additional Salary Information:

Architect with 15 years experience, including 10 years preparing and supervising the preparation of construction documents and specifications while having experience in all aspects of the overall process.
Ideal candidate would be a licensed Architect skilled in the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit software and must have experience in document production, personally, in AutoCAD. Must have strong communication, analytical, writing, and graphic skills.
Hospitality and Commercial experience is required, LEED accreditation is a plus.

- Conceptual architectural design.
- Conceptual planning of residential development, industry park and holiday resort, etc.
- Cooperation with the chief architect or project manager to carry on the design or work independently.
- Bachelor degree or above in architecture. Experience in architecture design for more than 5 years, working experience as the project architect or project manager is preferred.
- Computer skills: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop or similar software, good hand drawing skill is preferred. Language: good oral and written language skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong responsibility and teamwork spirit, professional vision and attitude, strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent design capability and innovative spirit. Able to design independently and understand client’s requirements. Enthusiastic about architecture design and open to new ideas and work methods.
- North American candidates preferred.
