We are looking for experienced Architect / Auto CAD Drafts person and Project Manager who can work in a cohesive environment to produce filing plans and meet project deadlines.
Position needed:
Project Architect:
- Over 5 years experienced who is expert in or specializes in NYC Building Code, Zoning, and DOB filing plans.
- Ability to manage projects, research, some jobsite surveys, consultation with clients, contractors and must be able to work independently to produce filing plans for approval.
- Ability to multi-task and perform a variety of complicated tasks.
- Excellent Auto CAD drafting skills.
- Bachelors of Architecture degree and eligibility to work in the United States.
Junior Architect:
- Minimum 2 ~ 5 years experienced in NYC Building Codes, Zoning and DOB filing Plans.
- Ability to multi-task and perform a variety of complicated tasks.
- Must be able to use Auto CAD proficiently.
- Bachelors of Architecture degree & eligibility to work in the United States.
- This is a full-time position and salary is negotiable based on experience.
