Born in Mexico City on November 9, 1977. He studied Civil Engineering at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (Mexico, 1995), architect of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (Mexico, 2000), and Master of Urban Planning from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (Mexico, 2005). He was a founding member of the Alumni Society of Sciences and Arts for UAM Azcapotzalco Design (1998), founder of the Alumni Society of Master's and Doctoral Program in Architecture and Urbanism at the UNAM (2005), and National President of PRD Youth Organization (2008). He participated in several academic forums and independent self-management in Mexico. It has been a consultant in Urban Development in the Legislative Assembly of Mexico City (2000), has worked in the workshop of national architects in Mexico, his career has gone through several offices in Architectural Design Consulting Mexico where he has conducted various projects for architectural and urban design.
